Wearable Fashion Trends: Fall 2024
It’s early August and “Back to school” is everywhere in the shops for a few weeks already but it’s also the perfect time to look for those wonderful new pieces that unnoticeably hit the stores but are not widely advertised yet. Be the first to own the best items!
So what to look for? Feminine trend continues into the Fall season.
- Bubble skirts. Yeah.. you heard it right. Mini was everywhere this summer but it takes on maxi and knee-length now too. They are available in knit as well to keep you warmer in a colder weather.
2. Circle skirts make a perfect transitional piece that will last longer into the winter:
3. Trend ‘denim on denim’ continues. What’s new: jeans skirts are taking on another silouette offering you alternative to your traditional jeans. You say it’s nothing new, you name it we had it: mini, midi, maxi, cargo, pleated, beaded.. Well, take a look for yourselves:
–> If you have midi denim skirt with slit in front, it’s still not outdated. The same applies to long pleated skirts, knee-length lace pencil skirts, long satin slip skirts.
–> Wide pants trend is high: jeans, cargo, business casual. Wool pants just starting to arrive to the stores.
4. Leather biker jacket lets you balance that femininity trend we are rolling on. It can be waist-length, quite fitted. Oversized will give you more relaxed vibe. There is noticeable shift from black.
5. If I have to name new color of the season in stores, it’s shades of Green. Of course you will see popping yellow and red, but more subdued plum takes a stage too. Brown and Gray are challenging black, leaving Navy more as classical choice.
6. Low mock necks were seen in spring and now are the new intake on staple roll neck. Boat necklines are cousins to classical crew neck. Polo is slipping into the fall season too.
7. Come back of Leopard print. It’s everywhere: clothes, outwear, shoes, accessories
8. Wide calf boots, better in western style with crocodile skin pattern. Wear them with mini flouncy dress or mini denim/cargo skirt, or midi/maxi knit dress/ long slip skirt, or circle skirt. Mary Jane’s trend is big and continues into the fall.
