Fashion trends f/w 23/24

    Summer sales begin! Let’s get a short overview of upcoming season so we know what “best buys” we will bring to the new season

    1.Colors

    Give your little black dress a long deserved rest and get a new one instead – red dress makes biggest come back in its FIERY RED color! That’s the color of upcoming fall/winter season giving vibe of femme fatale, sensuality, seduction, different vibe of power that previously brought dominatrix wrapped in black leather. You will see this color popping up everywhere: clothes, shoes, accessories.

    Another booming color this season will be BLACK. Looks like nothing new. Black is black and its popular all year round, especially when the weather gets cooler. But if your second idea is little black dress, you won’t be completely wrong just it has to be with the modern twist, strangely transformed top part. However there are 2 freshest tendencies of black:

    • black long lace/ sheer dresses; has romantic vibe
    • black & white

    New season, new outfit refresheners

    Freshen up your ol’ wardrobe with these new shades for the upcoming season!

    Orange, that has been seen in s/s 23, is transforming into ORANGE RED for the f/w 23-24. It’s mostly seen in tops.

    Barbie pink, that most of us is still enjoying this summer, becomes BLUSH PINK and PEACH PINK in the f/w 23-24.

    Bright OPTIMISTIC BLUE and blue in calm pastel came up to be a nice surprise, giving more cheerfulness for a quit moody fall/winter basics.

    YELLOW found his way into the cold season as well. Probably most popular shade of it is BUTTER YELLOW but if you are not fan of it, you might want to use MUSTARD or bright yellow.

    Magenta, brick red, olive green and a couple shades of purple. All of them will spice up your fall/winter outfits.

    2.Work wear / Corporate style

    Yes. It’s still here. Still dominating. Elevated casual, comfortable, corporate inspired style in black, greys, somewhat beige to browns.

    The prime item of course is JACKET, still oversized. And not only for the office. You can wear it with anything you might think of and in any life situation.

    Basic white SHIRT is a staple item for layering. VESTS we see in casual wear this summer will flow into fall/winter.

    PANT suits, SKRIT suits are still ok. Pants are wide but also there was noticeable a lot tailored cropped pants.

    The freshest trend in here will be NECKTIES. Most commonly in corporate wear inspired outfits but also been seen on casual shirtdresses and evening dresses.

    COAT. You might want it in shearling piece or wool. The trendiest would be long in eye popping colour (think, pink, yellow) or tartan pattern but if you are a leather of puffy jacket gall, go for it, it’s still trending. Leather this season will be elevated, more fine, with pattern or print, or logo.

    3.Tartan

    Popular patterns: Tartan. Polka dot. 3D print of local scenery.

    Tartan has a new life this season. It’s everywhere, literally everywhere, sometimes it’s almost invisible, sometimes so eye popping that someone dressed in it almost dissappears. Wrap yourself in huge scarf as in a warm blanket or use 3 scarfs at once. Use tartan pattern head to toes. Mix and match colourful tartans on your bottom and top. Everything is allowed.

    4.The 50’s

    Fitted waistlines, full A skirts and all sizes of dots! Yep, we’ve seen them, we have them and we bring them to the new season in new colors and patterns.

    5.Skirts over pants

    I’ve seen it coming.. and I still can’t believe we will look back at 2000s and will bring it from the grave. What a shame but for those who is in love with this trend I say be happy, your time is here.

    6.Free spirited and/or Genderless

    Catwalks were brimmed with (almost) no-pants outfits=ultra tiny shorts and some outfit pieces that (almost) don’t cover nipples leaving space to express themselves.

    7. Neck accessories

    Next to my just mentioned above slim Neckties we also see jumbo bows and romantic Rosette (cord wrapped choker with flower). Leather black Belts and/or Chokers with silver studs were also on runaways.

    8.Feathers

    Feathers, feathers and more feathers! What can be more romantic?

    9.Denim. Twice.

    I don’t know anyone who hasn’t jeans in their wardrobe. It became staple item in any capsule wardrobe. If you wear denim this season and want to stay trendy, wear 2 pieces of denim and make sure they match very well.

    10.Huge tote bag
